The Swapo Party Youth League (SPYL) in the Kavango East Region has called on the Rundu Town Council to cancel debt collection agreement with Redforce Namibia. Regional secretary, Anselm Marungu has lamented the degrading treatment the debt collectors mete out to the elderly and vulnerable debtors at the town.
