SWAPO in the Kavango West and East regions concluded the election of candidates for the upcoming elections. Five current councillors will stand as candidates in the elections. Regional coordinator for Kavango West, David Hamutenya Hipulwa confirmed incumbent councillors of Ncuncuni, Nkurenkuru and Musese constituencies did not make it through the primaries.
