The Swapo Party Chief Whip in the National Assembly has encouraged the community of Uis in the Erongo Region to exploit its abundant natural resources. Evelyn !Nawases-Taeyele who was speaking at the party's rally held at Uis said young people can use these resources to empower themselves.
