The Office of the Prime Minister has announced the appointment of the seven-member Public Enterprises Review Task Force.

The Task Force has been established to undertake a comprehensive review of key governance and human resource matters within public enterprises.

Its responsibilities include reviewing salary structures across public enterprises and providing recommendations on the remuneration of board members and committees.

The members are Professor Joseph Diescho as Chairperson, deputised by Dr Itah Kandjii-Murangi.

Other members are Dr. Tjapaka Kapolo, Dr. Conrad Lutombi, Fluksman Samuel, Habatte Doeses and Tangeni Amupadhi.
