When Windhoek resident Wilhelmina !Kharigus retired 8 years ago, she looked forward to living a restful retirement but found herself caring for other 32 immediate family members. It has been a bumpy ride, but a donation of a bag of maize meal courtesy of the SWAPO Women's Council was sufficient to bring a smile to the pensioner's face.
