Landless People's Movement (LPM) leader, Bernadus Swartbooi believes most of the motions tabled in Parliament are ineffective and do not meet the aspirations of the Namibian people. It's against this background that the LPM hosted a workshop in an effort to improve the poor performance of the legislative arm of the state.
