A fatal accident occurred on the Okahandja-Windhoek road, about 15 kilometres from Okahandja at around 17h00 yesterday. Police allege that an Isuzu bakkie with an Okahandja license plate, hit a Toyota Hilux from behind, causing both vehicles to swerve out of control killing three people.
