Vice President Nangolo Mbumba has called on voters in Kongola Constituency to vote for Swapo candidate, David Muluti in the upcoming elections. Addressing a rally in Kongola, Mbumba says there have been a number of developments in Kongola and other constituencies, which people should appreciate.
