Vice President Nangolo Mbumba says all Namibians must be issued with national identity cards to benefit from the country's social programmes. Speaking at a SWAPO rally at Ncuncuni in the Kavango West Region, Mbumba said it is the responsibility of elected officials to ensure that every citizen is registered.
