Vice President Nangolo Mbumba told the Swapo Party Youth League (SPYL) to continue to be a transmitting belt of ideology, policies and programmes of the party in nation building. He made these remarks when he officially opened the second SPYL Central Committee meeting at Eenhana in the Ohangwena Region.
