The wife of Namibia's trade attaché based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia has allegedly killed two of their three children. The Minister of International Relations and Cooperation, Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah confirmed the incident to NBC News. Nandi-Ndaitwah says the ministry has been notified but the families involved are still to be informed. Police investigations into the incident are underway.
