In his message on Human Rights Day, Windhoek Mayor Dr Job Amupanda said, with the end of the year nearing, the nation must be reminded of humanity. Human Rights Day, he said, pays tribute to the bravery and indomitable spirit of all those who suffered a multitude of human rights violations, whether in Windhoek, elsewhere in Namibia or the rest of the world.
