Sport, Youth and National Service Minister Agnes Tjongarero wants a bigger budget allocation to improve the wellbeing of the young people in the country. Motivating her budget allocation, Tjongarero stressed that despite financial scarcity facing the world, investing in youth enterprises will grow the economy.
