The Ministry of Sport, Youth and National Service wants to establish enterprises for the youth in every constituency in the country. Minister Erastus Uutoni revealed the plans during a consultative meeting at Rundu. Each of the 121 constituencies will have own income-generating projects managed by the youth from those particular constituencies. They will range from mechanic workshops, poultry farming, gardening and sewing projects.
