Young people and all eligible voters in Ondangwa Urban are being urged to go out in large numbers and vote for Swapo candidate Leonard Negonga in the upcoming Constituency's by-election next month. These were remarks made by Swapo Secretary General Sophia Shaningwa who addressed a star rally at Ondangwa on Saturday.
