Netball Namibia President Rebecca Goagoses led the draw for the MTC Netball Premier League, which will be played in Otjiwarongo on the 25th and 26 of March. The draw was conducted at the MTC Headquarters in Windhoek.

The Netball Namibia Premier league, which has been sponsored by MTC for the past two years, conducted a draw involving 12 teams, who will be playing their matches next weekend in Otjiwarongo. 

Attending the event was the Director of Sport Jo-Ann Manuel and the World Netball Africa Regional Development Manager Joan Smit.

Twelve clubs and teams will form part of the premier league, including Afrocat, Fatou, Eleven Arrows, Mighty gunners, Namibia Correctional Services, Navy, Opuwo Rebels, Otjozondjupa NAMPOL, Young Fly Ballers, Young Stars, Wanderers, and Tigers.

Sport Ministry director Jo-Ann Manuel brought some words of motivation to the occasion. 

MTC Public Relations Officer Erasmus Nekundi appealed to the private sector to also come on board to assist the Netball Premier League
