The Minister in the Office of the Presidency, Christine ||Hoebes has refuted allegations that the government's green hydrogen project is shrouded in secrecy.

||Hoebes says the allegations come despite extensive consultation between the head of state and the Green Hydrogen Council.

The minister argues that allegations of secrecy surrounding the country's green hydrogen ambitions are unfounded and lack substantial evidence.

||Hoebes says the allegations were driven by individuals with misguided political ambitions and warns against politicising a national project of such critical nature.

Emphasising the government's unwavering commitment to inclusivity and collaboration in the pursuit of the ambitious green hydrogen project, the Minister of Home Affairs, Immigration, Safety, and Security, Dr. Albert Kawana, also called on the public to refrain from politicising the green hydrogen project.
