President Hage Geingob has joined the family of Vice President Nangolo Mbumba, wishing him a happy birthday.

Mbumba turned 82 today.

Dr. Geingob says in a statement that Mbumba's dedication to service and tireless commitment to the betterment of Namibia have truly made a difference in the lives of the people.

Dr. Geingob says the nation is forever grateful for the invaluable contributions of the Vice President.

Mbumba's guidance and support have been invaluable, says Dr. Geingob, as the country navigates through the diverse challenges of socio-economic development to achieve prosperity for all Namibians as enshrined in the National Development Plans, the Harambee Prosperity Plans, and Vision 2030.
