Namibian Police Chief Lieutenant General Joseph Shikongo has taken swift action by dismissing Reservist Constable Valentino Endjala, who was caught on video assaulting his pregnant girlfriend.

Lieutenant General Shikongo strongly condemned Endjala's disgraceful actions, stating that his actions have tarnished the reputation of the police force.

He emphasised that Constable Endjala is unfit to be a police officer.

This announcement was made during Lieutenant General Shikongo's appearance on the nbc's Daily Round Up with Nina show.
