The Swapo Party Regional Coordinator for the ||Kharas Region, Mathew Mumbala, has called on party members to accept criticism positively when canvassing votes for the 2024 national election slated for November this year.

He made the call when he officially opened an election campaign strategy workshop at Keetmanshoop. 

The purpose of the election campaign strategy workshop is to develop realistic strategies and approaches to be applied in the party's 2024 election campaign.

Mumbala further urged party members to defend the party and its leadership in public.

The Regional Coordinator further requested that the workshop facilitator also enlighten participants about the party's constitution.

Highlighting the purpose of the workshop, Fluksman Samuehl, a Swapo Party veteran who facilitated the workshop, says participants will reflect on the socio-economic standing of the region during their discussions.

In addition, they will interrogate the past regional election outcomes.

The leadership of all seven Swapo districts in ||Kharas attended the one-day workshop.
