These are some of the descriptive tributes delivered by Swapo Party members at Keetmanshoop during a memorial service held in honour of their late party president, Dr. Hage Geingob. 

The Swapo Party members also extended their condolences with prayers and sympathy to the late Dr. Geingob's widow, Monica Geingos, children, and extended family. 

The party's regional coordinator for ||Kharas, Mathew Mumbala, called on party members to respectfully refrain from leadership succession talks during the mourning period of the late Dr. Geingob.
