The Namibia Football Association is addressing a critical gap in coaching education by organizing a refresher course for A-License coaches, marking a significant update since their last CAF license class way back in 2014.

This initiative comes as a timely intervention to update and enhance the skills of Namibia's top football coaches.

Led by esteemed CAF Elite Instructor Steve Coetzee, the course aims to equip coaches with the latest methodologies and strategies in football coaching.

Participants are eager to integrate new insights into their training regimens.

Those whom NBC Sport caught up with couldn't hide their excitement about the refresher course that is furthering their knowledge in football.

As the course progresses, expectations are high among the coaching community.

With support and insights from instructors, the initiative promises to elevate the standard of football coaching in the country, ensuring that local talent receives world-class guidance on the pitch.
