At Dinapama, the volleyball and football teams were in full training mode, honing their serves and perfecting their skills. 

With the competition just days away, the teams are focused on refining their strategy and teamwork to give their best performance on game day.

Over at NBC, the soccer and netball teams were also hard at work, fine-tuning their passing and tactical plays. 

The teams are determined to represent NBC with pride and are leaving no stone unturned in their preparation.
