The Independent Patriots for Change (IPC) has announced its top 96 members of parliament and will launch its manifesto tomorrow.

IPC President Dr. Panduleni Itula expressed confidence in a smooth, bloodless transition of power if elected.

He emphasised that while the party has started its work, the real efforts will begin after the 28 November elections.
