Farmers resettled in the ||Kharas Region have voiced their concerns surrounding the resettlement programme. 

Among the issues raised is access to the farming land as others have occupied the farms, lack of functional boreholes, and dilapidated infrastructure.

In response, the Deputy Executive Director for Implementation of the Land Reform Resettlement Regional Programme, Nangolo Nangolo, committed to engaging farmers on a one-on-one basis. 

Nangolo advised farmers whose complaints remain unattended to exhaust all avenues and processes of government. 

He further suggested that it was highly probable that some infrastructure was stolen after assessments were done but was only discovered upon allocation.
