It is time for women to rise and stop playing small.
These were the words of Estelle Tjipuka, author of the book Breaking into the Boardroom, during the E-merge Women book launch and event in the capital.

The 160-page book contains information that encourages women to claim their leadership positions, develop a feminine mindset, and awaken their potential.
Tjipuka reminded women that they do not need permission to lead but must rise and do so without fear.
The book also covers leadership skills, how to balance work and life, goal setting, and leading without losing oneself.
Vice President Lucia Witbooi, who launched the book on behalf of President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah, urged women to step up.
