The Iyaloo Women Investment Group has helped build a block of classrooms at Onekondjelo Primary School in the Oshana Region to address the shortage of classrooms and support a better learning environment.

Due to the shortage of classrooms, the school used to send some of its learners to attend classes at other schools.

This situation disrupts learning, placed a burden on both teachers and parents and challenged the school vision of providing education under one roof.

In response to this challenge, the Iyaloo Women Investment Group has helped build a block, which consists of two classrooms and a staff room at a cost of 62 thousand 500 dollars.

The director of Iyaloo Women Investment Group, Liana Bock, reiterates the importance of investing in educational infrastructures as a foundation where young minds are nurtured.

Today, we are especially proud that one of our shareholders played a meaningful role in making this project possible."

Bock further expressed confidence on multiple occasions in the new block of classrooms that presents to the learners, urging them to treasure every opportunity with hard work, respect for teachers and self-belief.

"My prayer is that every learner who walks through these classroom doors will discover their purpose, believe in their potential, and understand that no dream is too great when it's pursued with faith, determination and hard work."

The school's principal speech was read on his behalf by teacher Lucia Nikodemus.

"This newly constructed classroom represents the end of years of hardship and the beginning of a brighter future for our learners. It is a symbol of hope, progress and what can be achieved when people come together with a shared purpose."
