World leaders, including President Hage Geingob, are attending the 2022 United Nations Climate Change Conference, commonly referred to as the Conference of the Parties or COP27, are pressing for urgent implementation of previously agreed plans.

This includes the 2015 Paris Agreement and commitments made at the Glasgow Summit, which was held last year.
