The newly elected president of Netball Namibia, Rebekka /Goagoses, said she is greatly appreciative of the nomination and election as President of Netball Namibia by regional executives.

Rebekka /Goagoses has served in various capacities until her appointment as President. She previously held the position of Vice President of Netball Namibia, expressing hope that under the new leadership they would regain the trust of stakeholders and the public.

Netball has been enjoying a new lease of life recently and the new boss is looking forward to continue building the brand of netball in the country. 

/Goagoses is also urging corporate Namibia, those who are already on board and new members to foster a partnership for the benefit of the sport.

While she is looking forward to serving the stakeholders, there are certain short and long term goals she will pursue.

The new netball boss has also set her sights on how she wants the board to be remembered by the end of their term.
