Swakopmund Mayor Dina Namubes says an act of kindness is unquestionably a fundamental aspect of human nature, with human beings developing feelings of compassion as early as infancy.

Namubes said this during the commemoration of "World Random Acts of Kindness Day" held at Swakopmund.
