PyCon Namibia has opened its eighth edition of the country's annual Python software programming conference.

PyCon Namibia's main aim is to create programming career opportunities for Namibians.

The conference returns after a two-year hiatus owing to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The three-day event features a roster of local and international speakers addressing industry stakeholders, including school learners on issues pertaining to data science, robotics, and web applications.

PyCon Namibia is a non-profit organization, committed to exposing opportunities in programming to all.

At the Conference, aspiring programmers will also have a chance to network with recruiters from Namibian and international software companies.

The event will allow students as well as school learners to talk with leaders in the international software world.
