The week-long annual 9th edition of the State-Owned Enterprises Annual General Meeting which was held simultaneously with the SOE games in Oshakati, in the Oshana Region, ended yesterday.

A total of 57 SOEs were represented.

A preliminary meeting for the Delimitation and Demarcation Commission scheduled for Khomasdal residents on Sunday at the Khomasdal Constituency Hall did not take place due to the councillors' absence and lack of quorum.

Kunene Region residents are requesting changes to be made to the Khorixas, Epupa, Opuwo Rural, and Outjo constituencies. They also suggest dividing the region into two parts.

Zambezi Governor Lawrence Sampofu has called on the region's inhabitants to remain calm as they await the response of the Fifth Boundaries Delimitation and Demarcation Commission regarding their proposals.
