The University of Namibia hosted a family sport and recreational day, at the University's sport field on Saturday.

The police in the Zambezi Region are investigating a case of culpable homicide in which a Zambian national was allegedly run over by a government car belonging to the Ministry of Environment, Forestry, and Tourism near Kanono Village.

The Ministry of International Relations and Cooperation has apologised to Ohamba of Oukwanyama Traditional Authority Martha Nelumbu for being seated on a plastic chair at the funeral service of the late Ambassador Hadino Hishongwa at Eenhana over the weekend.

The address follows questions posed by PDM Leader McHenry Venaani to Prime Minister Saara Kuugongelwa-Amadhila, which drew attention to Article 19 of Namibia's Constitution.
