Five Ngoma escapees re-arrested as police blame negligence

4 of the 7 inmates awaiting trial, who escaped from the Ngoma Police Station, appeared in the Katima Mulilo Magistrates' Court on Thursday.

The 5th escapee was re-arrested on Thursday morning.
