The Impact Tank together with GIZ, concluded an eight week incubate programme with sport-up, dedicated to the development of the African sport and fitness sector. The event was attended by the Deputy Minister of Information and Technology, Emma Theofelus, and the Governor of Bank of Namibia, Johannes !Gawaxab.
