Breadcrumb

The former Keetmanshoop Rural Constituency Councillor, Gerrit Witbooi, has completed his 120-kilometre walk from Springbok, South Africa, to Namibia's Noordoewer Border Post.

Witbooi was recently shown the door by his party and lost his seat as the constituency councillor.

The former councillor joined members of Mighty Men, a religious organization that started the walk on January 21 from Cape Town, South Africa, to Windhoek.

The walk, dubbed 'Prophetic Revival Walk' will precede the national prayer day Mighty Men will hold in Windhoek on February 25.
