The Otjiwarongo Constituency Office has donated money and items to institutions making a meaningful impact on the lives of the communities in the town.

Constituency Councillor Marlene Mbakera handed over a cheque of N$200,000, equipment, and materials to local companies.

All 921 learners in Otjozondjupa placed in schools

Grades 1, 8, and 10 were the most affected.

The Swapo Party's Moses Khumub is the Councillor for the Guinas Constituency following Friday's by-election, defeating the Landless People's Movement's Fransiskus Khumub.

Moses garnered 1,407 votes to take the seat left vacant following the death of Elias Martinus.
