Namibian Police extends nationwide crime prevention operation

The Namibian Police has extended a nationwide crime prevention operation, code-named “Walya Shakakodhi Tala Pombada".

The operation was conducted from 30 January to 2 February across all 14 regions and was extended by the police chief, Lieutenant General Joseph Shikongo, on Tuesday.

The Oshikoto Police have officially launched their festive season road safety and crime prevention operation, code-named Safer Namibia.

The campaign, launched at Omuthiya, started on 15 November and will run until 16 January next year.
