The Ongandjera Traditional Authority has commended the Namibian Broadcasting Corporation (NBC) for listening to its suggestions and implementing them following engagements held mid-last year.

The Namibian Broadcasting Corporation is looking to strengthen its presence in the Omusati Region through news coverage, expanded local programming and closer cooperation with leaders at different levels.

A delegation from the Office of the Vice President, led by Deputy Minister Moses ||Khumub as well as Tsumkwe Constituency Councillor Petrus Mutji, met with traditional leaders and stakeholders to engage on matters affecting the community.

Youth and elders in Okahandja gathered today at the Old Nau-aib Community Hall for a youth meeting aimed at uniting young people around common challenges and solutions.
