Inspector General Joseph Shikongo has again reshuffled the |Khomas regional police command, appointing Commissioner Johanna Ngondo as the new regional commander effective 1 November.

Ngondo becomes the first woman to lead the |Khomas police.

Finance Minister Shafudah reallocates N$1.2 billion in mid-term budget review

Finance Minister Erica Shafudah has reallocated N$1.2 billion in her mid-term budget review, tabled in the National Assembly this afternoon.

The bulk of the reallocation will go towards the government's Subsidised Free Tertiary Education, during the first quarter of next year.
