Vice President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah has assured genuine national and international investors of the government's commitment to providing a conducive business environment. 

Nandi-Ndaitwah gave the assurance while officiating at the groundbreaking ceremony for Benguela Blue Aqua Farm at Luderitz. 

Benguela Blue Aqua Farm envisages producing 35,000 metric tonnes of premium Atlantic salmon, which will be exported to key markets in Europe, the USA, and southeast Asia. 

Vice President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah has expressed her appreciation for the support shown by different governments towards Namibia and its people after the passing of President Geingob.

"I wish to thank you for standing in solidarity with the government and the people of the Republic of Namibia, and for the outpouring of love and support, as well as the comforting messages of condolences we have received from your respective governments and organisations."

It was a solemn atmosphere at State House today as Cabinet ministers reacted to the passing of President Hage Geingob.

nbc Senior Producer Gordon Joseph spoke to Vice President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah and other Cabinet ministers at the swearing-in ceremony.

Nandi Ndaitwah said Geingob's legacy would be edged into the history of Namibia, describing his life as one dedicated to Namibia and its people.
