President Nangolo Mbumba has reappointed Lieutenant General Joseph Shikongo as Inspector General of the Namibian Police for a period of three years.
The appointment is with effect from 1 October 2024 to 30 September 2027.
Police Inspector General Joseph Shikongo has urged 818 cadet constables who are undergoing training at the Ruben Danger Ashipala Training Centre to be professional when they are deployed to various stations.
The cadets will graduate on May 3rd.
