The Namibia National Olympic Committee (NNOC) and Commonwealth Games Association has officially appointed.

In the spirit of unity, sustainability, and sport, countries from across Southern Africa are turning over a new leaf, quite literally.

Ahead of the Region 5 Youth Games, a major tree-planting campaign was launched right here in Namibia, with a powerful message: protect the planet, empower the youth.

A powerful show of unity unfolded on Saturday as sports leaders, government officials, and the public came together for “Padel for a Purpose”  a fundraising event aimed at supporting Namibian athletes on their road to the 2028 Olympic Games in Los Angeles.

Namibia is once again taking center stage in continental sport matters, as Windhoek plays host to the 5th Africa Athletes Forum.

The AUSC Region 5 hosted a press conference marking the 100-day countdown to the eagerly awaited regional games.

The event was held at the Namibia Rugby Union head office, located at Hage Geingob Stadium.
