Preparations for Namibia’s 36th Independence Day celebrations in the Kunene Region are nearing completion, with the organisers expressing confidence that the town of Khorixas is ready to host the regional event scheduled for March 21, 2026.

Involving youth in clean-up campaigns could be an effective way to engage them and encourage participation in national events.
