Swapo Party's Secretary-General, Sophia Shaningwa revealed to nbc news that there is no recount of the votes for the Party's Central Committee.

Swapo Party candidates vying for the three top positions took their internal campaigns to Omuthiya in the Oshikoto Region to engage delegates to the upcoming congress next month.

The candidates are canvassing for support, explaining to the delegates why they should be voted for.
