Swapo Party Vice President and presidential candidate Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah says poverty alleviation, hunger, and drought interventions are receiving attention from the government, which has set a budget of N$825 million for the drought programme for 2024-2025.

President Nangolo Mbumba has called on Swapo Party members and supporters to go out in large numbers and vote for its presidential candidate, Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah, on November 27th.

Swapo Party Vice President and presidential candidate, Dr. Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah, said the government, through the party leadership, continues to make great strides in the provisions of education, health services, and overall development in the Kunene Region. 

Swapo Party presidential candidate Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah is confident in the mobilisation activities at Walvis Bay, which partly resulted in the return of former member and councillor Knowledge Ipinge and others to the party.

The Swapo Party has committed a budget of over N$85 billion over the next five years if given the mandate to continue governing.

The billions of dollars will go towards, among others, massive job creation for unemployed Namibians. 

Swapo Party Vice President has called on party members to make use of the party's election manifesto when campaigning. 

The Swapo Party Electoral College concluded with the announcement of its 96-member list for the November National Assembly Elections.

Helaria Mukapuli topped the women's list, while MICT Deputy Minister Modestus Amutse led the men's list, sparking a mix of excitement and surprise.
