The former Regional Executive Committee member of the Swapo Party Youth League in the Erongo Region, Reinhold Shipwikineni, could lose his properties if he fails to pay N$400,000 in legal costs within 10 days following a High Court ruling.
Knowledge Ipinge, who returned to the ruling party in September this year, said he never left the party, nor was he expelled.
He explained that, as a result, he remained a member of Swapo.
