The Mashi Traditional Authority celebrated the annual Tulikonge Cultural Festival over the weekend in Kongola.

Fumu Joseph Tembwe Mayuni of the Mashi Traditional Authority in the Zambezi Region says using wealth from natural resources has the potential to develop the economy.

However, Fumu Mayuni has expressed concern over what he termed the overlapping of boundaries between traditional authorities.
