Education challenges to be addressed by stakeholders

Epukiro Constituency Councilor Packy Pakarae has emphasized the need for all stakeholders to collectively address the needs and challenges facing the sector to ensure that learners receive a quality education.

Pakarae made the remarks at the educational seminar at Epukiro in the Omaheke Region.

Pakarae stressed that stakeholders at the regional level need to remain engaged and contribute in whichever way they can, be it infrastructural development or moral support.

Epukiro Councilor happy with activities of Catherine Bullen Foundation at Otjimanangombe

Packy Pakarae, Epukiro Constituency Councilor, is happy with the activities of the Catherine Bullen Foundation at Otjimanangombe village.

The foundation assisted the village in setting up water supply solar equipment as well as constructing a dining hall at the local school.

The Foundation was established in memory of Catherine Bullen, a fifth-year medical student who died suddenly in Namibia in August 2002.

Its aims include the preservation of health in rural Namibia by the provision of fresh water supplies and medical and educational facilities.
