The captain of the Richelieu Eagles, Gerhard Erasmus, said the team's performances have been solid on several occasions during the ongoing ICC Cricket World Cup Qualifier Play-Offs.

The coach of the Richelieu Eagles, Pierre de Bruyn, said that the players are looking focussed in training and are progressing very well.

Former South African bowler Morne Morkel, who formed part of the Namibian coaching team to the T20 Cricket World Cup, said that despite not making it out of the group stages, the players showed great character.
